HYPOSO at the International Conference on Fishfriendly Hydropower

Thanks to the invitation from the colleagues of the FIThydro project, Ingo Ball could present the HYPOSO project at the final conference of the FIThydro project, the International Conference on Fishfriendly Hydropower 2021.
He started his speech giving some basic information and proceeded with an overview about the project's objectives and the intended impact in the target countries Bolivia, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, and Uganda.
Concluding, he also presented the published handbook that includes information about state-of-the-art technology from the European hydropower sector, presenting also the newest findings on fish-friendly solutions which were provided by the colleagues from the FIThydro project. He ended his speech, inviting stakeholders from Europe and from the HYPOSO target countries to join the HYPOSO Platform, a password-secured online forum that shall enable users to make matching business contacts.
